Shipping

We ship from Austria & Germany.

All orders are processed within a few working days. Processing times may be longer during launches, restocks, or peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

We do not offer free standard shipping.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Austria & Germany: 2–5 working days

  • EU: 3–10 working days

  • International: 5–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs, or local conditions.

Customs & import duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will replace the item or issue a refund. In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and find a suitable solution.

Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Important note

Each ORÉE piece is handmade or digitally produced in small batches. Slight variations in shape, glaze, and finish are part of the production process and not considered defects.
