We live in a time that moves quickly. Sometimes that energy feels invigorating. At other times, it asks for balance. Orée is rooted in that balance – a quieter space where things can settle. A moment to slow down, to notice again, to feel at home.

In the end, it is about presence –objects that gently hold the feeling of a place.
What we hold to
What we hold to

Thoughtful making

We stay true to materials and ideas. Creativity takes time to become form.

Living simplicity

A home as refuge — a grounded place to return to. After movement and noise, a space to slow down, share a dinner, and feel at ease.

Craft and technology

Balance between hand and system. Together they shape how things are made today.

two ways of making The method
By hand

By hand

Wet clay, the wheel, the kiln. Forms shaped through touch — warm, a little uneven, never quite repeatable.

By machine

By machine

Designed in software, modeled, sliced. Printed layer by layer, then finished with a laser-engraved chip, heat-pressed into the base.

The studio

Our Studio is founded by us, Roxane and Scott, bringing together a designer's eye and a maker's curiosity. Roxane explores the stories and atmospheres objects can create, while Scott focuses on the processes and digital tools that bring them to life. Together, we move between traditional and digital techniques: wheel throwing, modelling, and digital fabrication - choosing each method for what it brings to the object. Our slower approach allows each piece to develop naturally, balancing precision and intuition. From material texture to the weight of a form in the hand, every detail is considered with one belief in mind: a home becomes a refuge through the objects we choose to surround ourselves with.
