We ship from Austria and process orders within a few working days — a little longer during launches or busy periods.
Standard shipping is €6.99 within Austria and Germany (free over €100), and €9.99 across the rest of the EU (free over €150). Delivery takes 2–5 days domestically, 3–10 days across the EU.
In-stock pieces ship right away; pre-order pieces are made to order and shipped as soon as they're ready.
How it is made
The Aro Cup is thrown on the wheel by hand, one piece at a time. After a slow dry, it goes into the kiln for its first firing — a bisque that hardens the clay and prepares it for glazing. The glaze is applied by hand, and the piece is fired a second time at high temperature. Once cooled, the base is sanded smooth. Simple steps, repeated carefully, each time.
