We ship from Austria and process orders within a few working days — a little longer during launches or busy periods.
Standard shipping is €6.99 within Austria and Germany (free over €100), and €9.99 across the rest of the EU (free over €150). Delivery takes 2–5 days domestically, 3–10 days across the EU.
In-stock pieces ship right away; pre-order pieces are made to order and shipped as soon as they're ready.
How it is made
The Nola Mug is shaped on the wheel by hand, its generous form built up gradually through careful, deliberate movement. Once shaped, it dries slowly before entering the kiln for its first firing. The glaze is applied by hand and the piece is fired a second time at high temperature. The base is sanded smooth before it leaves the studio. Simple steps, repeated carefully, each time.
